18 September 2019, 18:30 - 20:30
Rotterdam, Netherlands

Reimagine the cities we live in is on Wednesday 18 September at RSM’s Woudestein campus in Rotterdam, and the event takes the form of a masterclass, with two presentations and a Q&A session, followed by an informal networking reception.

Cities are home to more than half of the world’s population, and that looks set to increase to two-thirds of the global population over the next 30 years. How should cities evolve and develop in order to achieve this Goal? What current developments are breaking new ground – and how can business play a role?

Congress - Sharing Capacities
11 November 2019, 12:00 - 17:00
Rotterdam, Netherlands
Rotterdam Ahoy

It may sound like something from a distant future, but the smart solutions needed to make our urban centres into ‘Smart Cities’ are already developing rapidly. The innovative measures taken to make both living and working environments as sustainable as they are dynamic, is an important foundation for the global challenge of dealing with climate change.

The 'Sharing Capacities' congress, hosted by Ahoy and RUGGEDISED is for everyone interested in sharing knowledge about and getting acquainted with the solutions being implemented in the Hart van Zuid district of Rotterdam. By sharing knowledge and offering a platform for international best practice such as RUGGEDISED’s work with Ahoy, we want to motivate organizations to think and act even more sustainably.

The future-oriented ‘sharing capacities" congress will begin with a network-session in English involving the RUGGEDISED-cities before moving into a mainly Dutch programme
